Covid-19 Playbook

Guest Requirements

  • All guests are required to wear a mask at all times inside the restaurant and patio area, except when seated at the table with food or drinks in front of them.

  • All guests are required to have temperature check before entering restaurant or patio.

  • Walk-in service is first come first serve.  Reservations are available and required for large parties. 

  • By making a reservation, all guests acknowledge that they or the guest with them have not come into contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid-19 in the past 7 days. They also acknowledge that they have not experienced symptoms of Covid-19 in the past 7 days.

  • We are currently seating walk in parties up to 6 people. Children are included in this guest count.  Larger parties are required to make reservations.  

  • We do not allow any outside food or beverages.

Staff Requirements

  • We check the temperature of each member of our team before the shift starts. We also require staff to submit a daily verbal health declaration in advance of coming to work.

  • We require all staff, guests, and anyone making deliveries to wear a mask at all times.

  • No member of the staff is allowed to work if they have had contact with someone who has Covid-19 or if they have any symptoms.

  • Staff are required to wash hands a minimum of every 30 minutes and wear gloves when preparing food or beverages.

 

Cleaning & Safety Protocol

  • We are only operating at half capacity due to Covid-19. Tables are spaced at least 6ft apart and we've limited reservations to manage the number of guests in the space at one time. 

  • Seating at the bar is limited to up to group of 3 people to allow plenty of space for social distancing.

  • All high-contact surfaces are sanitized every 30 minutes, and all tables and chairs are sanitized between seatings.

  • Hand sanitizer have been installed throughout the space for ease of access to guests and staff.
