Igloo reservations are 90 minutes per reservation and available Wednesday – Sunday.

All igloos will be fully sanitized between each party.

Heating:  Each igloo is heated but please dress appropriately for the weather, layers are recommended.

Damage policy: Cost related to any damage to an Igloo will be passed on to the guest. Please inspect your igloo during your initial arrival.

Rental Fees & Food/Drink Minimums: Each Igloo has rental fees ($15-25 per person) and food & drink minimums ($50-75 per person) depending on the day - please make sure to read the "About" section when booking for specific additional details. Rental fees are for the cost of maintenance & cleaning of igloos and are NOT applied to food & drink minimums and nonrefundable if not cancelled within 48 hours prior.

Children: Children 12 years old and over allowed with parent supervision and waiver signature

Cancellations:  Cancellations may be made up to 48 hours in advance.  Any cancellations or no-shows within the 48 hour time-frame will be charged the rental fee. In the case of extreme cold or dangerous icy conditions, we may need to cancel reservations to ensure safety and the comfort of all guests. In these cases, you will be notified via email about an option to reschedule your booking or receive a complete refund. We will make every attempt to make the cancellations well in advance of your reserved time, but reserve the right to make fully-refunded cancellations in the case of emergent weather conditions at any time.

 

Outside food, drinks, smoking, vaping or pets will not be allowed in the igloos.
